The Listening Room by TOKYOLISTENING is an intimate hi-fi vinyl listening experience where musicians, collectors, archivists & artists share the records that shaped them and the stories behind them, exploring the power of communal listening, connection & belonging. Our listening room comes full circle with an evening of music on car journey. Who is putting the cassette in first? Emotion in motion: the car is the one place where you can change how you feel just by choosing what plays next. Emirati urban planner and record collector Sultan Al Ramahi tells nostalgic and current years of the UAE through the music we listened to in cars.
