Positioned at the edge of Mina Zayed, overlooking the Arabian Gulf, the MiZa Observation Deck was conceived as part of the first phase of MiZa’s regeneration, providing an elevated vantage point across the waterfront, surrounding port landscape, and evolving creative district. Nearby, the Dhow Park contains a collection of decommissioned wooden dhows and other vessels that stand as reminders of the area’s maritime history. Planned for future transformation into a public community space, the site will retain a selection of these boats within the landscape, preserving traces of Mina Zayed’s waterfront.
